All contributions whether your lot dues or for a community event directly and 100% fund the community.

- Honey bucket at the beach

- Rekeying the beach and key management is costly

- Events are enjoyed by all and are managed and set up through volunteers but do have a cost to put on.

- Maintenance of the community lots including but not limited to the dock at community beach as well as the floating raft.
