⛱ Beach Lot Improvements

At the September 12th 2026 Q2 board meeting, members decided to proceed with the first phase beach maintenance work with full 10-day Beach lot closure from 9/18-9/28 with work days on the 19th, 20th, 26th and 27th.

There will be an initial construction kick-off meeting for all interested community volunteers on 9/18 at 5:00 PM ahead of the major work commencing the following morning. This will be a good opportunity for a bit of exercise and time with your neighbors. Please text William Fort (425) 406-0070 if you are interested in getting involved even the slightest.

While this first phase is just maintenance of existing uses, planned future phases in 2027 of the beach renovation improvements includes the development of rockeries, playground equipment, and community gathering space with even more spaces to walk and play.
